As birth professionals, we provide emotional, informational, and physical support before, during, and after childbirth. Unlike medical staff, we focus on the mom's comfort and help her advocate for her choices throughout the process. We meet with you during your pregnancy to formulate a birth plan, talk over fears, and provide education. While you're in labor, we are your coach: helping you breathe, offering massage and counterpressure, and making sure that you feel validated throughout.

Postpartum support is all about supporting the family's emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing. We offer support with a reassuring presence, by guiding you on newborn cues, safe sleep, diapering, breastfeeding, and all of the baby things. We offer household help and sibling support. Our main goal is to meet you where you are with no pressure and no judgement. We want you to feel capable and empowered to be an incredible and confident parent.

As much as I hate the saying “you are what you feed your body”, there is immense truth behind it. After having a baby, your body is depleted of its nutrients, blood, and energy. To restore your body, feeding it nutritive meals will help boost your mood, energy, and overall health. Working with other postpartum colleagues, we have created meal plans specific to postpartum recovery.

Optimize your birth experience by utilizing our FAVORITE birthing tools. Each birth doula has their own "birth bag" full of methods of comforting; however, we additionally have items that you can rent for a small fee. Ask us about our birth sling and birthing stool - both extremely effective in helping with labor duration and intensity.
